* Legal protections to cover increased use of technology in abuse

NATIONAL ICE STRATEGY

* A national taskforce to work with federal, state and territory governments to develop a plan to combat the scourge of crystal methamphetamine

COUNTER-TERRORISM

* Youngsters at risk of radicalisation will be targeted under a new national counter-terrorism strategy

* Communities will be involved in identifying those at risk

GST

* Distribution scheme to considered as part of white paper on the reform of federation

* Commonwealth and WA to have bilateral talks on the state's declining GST revenue share

INDIGENOUS AUSTRALIANS

* Pledge to improve school attendance and employment participation

DEFENCE

* Noted the contribution a continuous naval build strategy could make to strengthening industrial capacity, employment and specialist industry skills

NATIONAL DISABILITY INSURANCE SCHEME

* Queensland and Commonwealth agreed to discuss a trial site

* NT and Commonwealth agreed to discuss a potential second trial site in a remote indigenous community
