WATCH LIVE: National Ceremony at the Australian War Memorial in Canberra

Thousands have gathered at the Australian War Memorial for the National Ceremony to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the Gallipoli landings.

The National Ceremony begins with the traditional order of service, including the National Anthem, the Commemorative Address, the laying of wreaths, the reading of hymns, the sounding of the Last Post, and observance of one minute’s silence.

In 2015 the Commemorative Address will be delivered by the Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, His Excellency General the Honourable Sir Peter Cosgrove AK MC (Retd).
