Woman dies in rollover on WA highway

A woman has died and a man has critical injuries after their vehicle rolled on WA's Broome Highway.

The single vehicle accident occurred about 8.30pm on Friday about 10km north of Broome. Police believe the car rolled before coming to rest on its wheels.

The male driver, a man in his 40s, was taken to Broome hospital in critical condition while the woman, who was a passenger, died at the scene.
