Woman dies in fall from Perth building

A 27-year-old woman has died after falling from a Perth high-rise building she was working on.
The woman, a labourer, fell as far as 60 metres down a lift shaft at a CBD apartment complex on Adelaide Terrace being built by companies Hanssen and Finbar.
The incident occurred on Monday afternoon and police and WorkSafe are investigating.
