AAP
An arrest warrant has been issued for a man who allegedly threw a tub of yoghurt at ABC journalist Leigh Sales at an event in Perth.
Matthew Alexander Cailes was charged with two counts of assault after the incident during Sales' speech about her new book at the Disrupted Festival of Ideas in July.
Cailes, who later apologised to "Lisa" in a Seven News report, was due to front Perth Magistrates Court on Monday but failed to attend.
