WA traffic cop charged over head-on crash

A West Australian policeman from the State Traffic unit has been charged over a head-on crash that left him and the other driver seriously injured.
The 51-year-old senior constable was off-duty when he allegedly collided with another car on Indian Ocean Drive in Yanchep on May 23.
He has been charged with two counts of endangering the life, health or safety of a person and will face Joondalup Magistrates Court on Friday.

He has been stood down from duty.
