WA school vandals pour paint on chickens

Vandals have tipped paint on a dozen chickens at a primary school in Perth's north, resulting in three of the animals being put down.

Police said the offenders broke into the Quinns Rocks school some time between 8am and 5.30pm on Sunday.

"They've graffitied around the school, they've also smashed a window to a classroom and ransacked it, causing extensive damage to property," a spokeswoman said.
