Maximum security prisoner crushed to death by truck in WA

A prisoner has been crushed to death by a truck at WA's maximum security Hakea prison.
The man, believed to be aged in his 40s, died after a reversing truck swung around and pinned him against a wall at the Canning Vale facility.
He was taken to hospital and later died of his injuries.
