WA premier lays down AFL bet to Victoria

West Australian Premier Colin Barnett is confident the young Eagles squad will defeat the more experienced Hawks at the AFL grand final on Saturday - and is willing to bet on it.
Mr Barnett is organising a bet so that if West Coast win their fourth premiership it could mean Victorian Premier Daniel Andrews will have to don the Eagles' jersey and walk through Melbourne's city centre.
"We've agreed to have a bet (but) we haven't quite defined what it will be," Mr Barnett said.

"I'm trying to get Daniel to raise the ante a little bit, he's a bit conservative on the bets, so I want to out him in a more dramatic way."
