WA masseur 'filmed clients undressing'

A 41-year-old man accused of unlawfully recording women and a child as they undressed at an Albany massage business has been charged with 78 offences, on top of a dozen laid last month.

Police searched the York Street premises after receiving a complaint from a member of the public, seizing camera equipment and data storage devices, and charged the man with 12 offences including indecently recording a child aged 13 to 16.

On Thursday, he was charged with a further 78 counts of using a surveillance device to record a private activity.

Detectives continue to analyse material on the storage devices but believe all victims have been identified.

It is alleged the man used a hidden camera to record the customers between 2014 and 2016.

A condition of the man's bail is that he not provide any massage services.

He is due to face court on September 29.
