WA massage therapist on indecency charges

A Perth massage therapist who allegedly offered a 36-year-old woman a discount voucher before pulling down his pants and exposing himself has been charged.
Police said the man was riding a scooter and approached the woman as she walked on a footpath in North Beach on May 6.
The 29-year-old man has been charged with three counts of indecent assault and one count of committing an indecent act, and is due to appear in Perth Magistrates Court on June 24.
