WA man's charge upgraded to murder

A man has been charged with murder following an attack at a home south of Perth.
Police were called to a house on Forward Street in Mandurah on October 17 and separated two men, who knew each other.
The 43-year-old victim was given immediate first aid and rushed to hospital in a critical condition, but died a few days later.

The 45-year-old man accused of the attack was initially charged with attempted murder but on Friday had the offence upgraded.
