WA man found with underage girl, condoms

A 39-year-old man has been charged with a child sex offence after he was found in the back seat of a car with a schoolgirl in a Perth park.

He was discovered in the vehicle with a 15-year-old girl and condoms by officers on patrol in Rosher Park, Lockridge.

Police say they also found sexually explicit conversations with underage girls on his mobile phone on December 27 last year.

The child abuse squad carried out a search of his home and have seized a computer.

The man is due to appear at Midland Magistrates Court on January 31 charged with exposing a child under 16 to indecent matter.
