A 30-year-old man caught on camera dumping soiled nappies at a service station south of Perth has been fined
Jamie Manns has been ordered by the Mandurah Magistrates Court to pay $500 plus $278 in costs for illegal dumping after he was caught dropping off a boot-load of rubbish including nappies and car parts in Dawesville.
There have been 6,784 littering infringements in WA over the past two years resulting in $1.03 million in fines, says Keep Australia Beautiful.
