WA man charged over fatal crash

A Perth man has been charged over a crash that killed a 38-year-old woman.
Police said the crash happened in August when the man drove his car onto the wrong side of the road in Bibra Lake, smashing into the woman's car. She died at the scene.
The 41-year-old man has been charged with one count of dangerous driving occasioning death and is due to appear in Fremantle Magistrates Court on January 28.
