WA man admits fatal one-punch attack

A 28-year-old man has pleaded guilty to manslaughter over a one-punch attack at a West Australian pub.

Jake Raymond Mosley struck 27-year-old Jason Goodwin at the Silver Sands Tavern in Mandurah, south of Perth, in September and the victim died in hospital a week later.

Mosley pleaded guilty in Stirling Gardens Magistrates Court on Wednesday and will face a sentencing hearing in the WA Supreme Court in December.

Heather Mary McCormack, 48, pleaded not guilty to being an accessory after the fact to grievous bodily harm and had her bail renewed to face the WA District Court on August 25.
