WA dad charged after crash hurts sons

A 34-year-old West Australian man was allegedly drunk when he crashed his car into a tree, injuring his four young boys.
The children, aged four, six, seven and eight, were flown to Princess Margaret Hospital in Perth after the crash in Geraldton on Thursday.
One of the boys was flung from the vehicle and suffered serious injuries.

The father has been charged with three counts of dangerous driving causing grievous bodily harm and one count each of dangerous driving causing bodily harm and driving under the influence.
He is due to appear in the Geraldton Magistrates Court on Thursday.
