WA cyclist injured in footpath rage drama

A man who flipped a cyclist's bike by the back wheel while she was on it, causing her to crash face-first on to the footpath, is being sought by West Australian police.

The 62-year-old woman was riding her bicycle in Barrack Street in Perth around 11.15am on Friday when she stopped in front of a man walking in the opposite direction.

Security footage shows they have a brief argument about right of way, with the man pushing the woman before walking off again, prompting her to say something to him which causes him to walk up to her and flip the bike with force.
