Union boss acquitted of trespass in WA

A union boss has been acquitted of trespassing at the Queen Elizabeth II Medical Centre site in Perth.
Construction, Forestry, Mining and Energy Union national president Joe McDonald was found not guilty in Perth Magistrates on Monday after a two-day hearing.
It had been alleged that on September 24 last year he trespassed on the site during a workers' barbecue.
