Two WA men arrested over explosives find

Two men have been arrested after explosives used in mining, a detonator and a pen gun were found in a car in Perth.
The men, 22 and 26, were arrested and the street in Stratton was blocked off early on Thursday morning when police found the powergel explosives during a traffic stop.
The 22-year-old will appear in the Midland Magistrates Court on July 24 charged with possessing a firearm in circumstances of aggravation and both men remain in custody as police investigate.
