Three injured in two WA road crashes

Two 16-year-old girls have been seriously injured after being thrown from a scooter in Western Australia's Great Southern region.
Police said the scooter crashed into a car driven by a 19-year-old woman in Albany on Saturday night and the girls were flown to Perth for medical treatment.
In a separate incident, a 36-year-old man was seriously injured in Jarrahdale, 45km southeast of Perth, when he lost control of his motorcycle and crashed into trees.

The man was thrown from his motorcycle, which broke in half, and was taken to Royal Perth Hospital.
