Teens exposed to obscene acts at WA shops

A man has been accused of repeatedly committing obscene acts in front of teenagers at a Perth shopping centre.

The man was in his car at a Beldon shopping centre about 8.15am on Monday when he allegedly committed an obscene act in view of a 16-year-old girl, then drove to a group of teenagers aged about 13 and offended again.

A short time later, he approached a 14-year-old girl and committed a third obscene act, police say.

A 47-year-old Joondalup man has been charged with two counts of indecent dealing with a child and one count of committing obscene acts in public.
