Suspicious house fire causes $450k damage

A house fire in Perth that caused an estimated $450,000 worth of damage may have been deliberately lit.
The fire started at a home on Willow Road in Warwick about 4.30am on Monday, and police are treating it as suspicious.
No one was in the house at the time, police said.

Anyone who saw any suspicious people or cars in the area is asked to contact Crime Stoppers.
Police are also seeking information about a suspicious fire at a house on North Terrace at Boulder in WA's Goldfields region, on Saturday night, which caused about $200,000 worth of damage.
