A man has serious facial injuries after being attacked by four men who barged into his Perth home and fired shots, with the assault allegedly linked to four other incidents, all over three hours.

Police say a Ford Ranger utility was driven into the garage door of the Cardup home, then one shot was fired through the front door just before 6.30pm on Monday.

The men went inside and several more shots were fired, including one that struck the man aged in his 20s, but it did not pierce his skin.

The victim was then assaulted, causing serious facial injuries, police say.

The crime is allegedly linked to four other incidents on Monday, including an assault in Roleystone at 4.45pm, an attempted burglary in Byford at 5.30pm, an assault nearby about 10 minutes later, and a disturbance at a hospital around 7.50pm.

Detectives are looking for Dylan Schokker, 29, Darren Shane Casbolt, 46, and Zachery Cameron Christie, 28, who they believe can assist them with their investigation.

Members of the public are warned not to approach the men.

"They are unpredictable and may have access to weapons," police said.

Anyone who sees the men should call police immediately on 131 444.

Anyone with other information, including the location of the 2017 Ford Ranger, which has the registration "pighuntr", is urged to contact Crime Stoppers.
