Father rejects report findings after toddler died from undiagnosed leukaemia
A Western Australian father is furious and demanding change after a report cleared medical staff of wrongdoing in his toddler's death.
Sandipan Dhar died from undiagnosed leukaemia at Joondalup Health Campus in March.
Experts say the type of blood cancer the 21-month-old had has a more than 90 per cent cure rate.

But the Ramsay Health Care-initiated review found the care Sandipan received was "appropriate and well managed".
"We completely disagree with the report outcome so we are rejecting that report," father Sanjoy Dhar said.
Sandipan's parents claim he was repeatedly refused blood tests in the emergency department despite a GP referral requesting it.
"I said that my son is sick and you have to look at him properly. I have a referral from a GP that he needs attention, he needs blood test, and what else can we do? I have no idea," Dhar said.

External experts, however, found there was nothing to suggest Sandipan had leukaemia and therefore a decision not to complete blood tests was appropriate.
The family are now considering taking legal action but first they're set to meet with the health minister.
They say they'll ask for another investigation, this time led by the state government.
"I am not satisfied with any outcome where the ED has the authority to override anyone's decision," Sanjoy said.
