Police investigate Kalgoorlie man's death

An unidentified man has died in suspicious circumstances at Kalgoorlie after being found lying on a road with serious injuries.

Police were called to the scene early on Thursday morning after ambulance crews responded to reports of a man lying on Brownhill Road.

He was taken to Kalgoorlie Hospital but died soon after.

Homicide Squad detectives and forensic officers are on their way to Kalgoorlie to investigate.
