Perth teen hit by car doing a burnout

A car doing a burnout has spun out of control and ploughed into bystanders in Perth.

A 17-year-old girl suffered serious leg injuries in the incident at a car park in Darch on Friday night.

Police say the 17-year-old driver fled but was later arrested at his home.
