Swerving car narrowly misses motorists on highway

Footage has emerged of a Perth driver swerving across Roe Highway, forcing another vehicle to move aside.

Driver Hudi Aratama captured the close call around 7.30pm yesterday in Forrestfield.

The red Holden Astra drove erratically down the highway, causing a four-wheel-drive to brake and swerve into the next lane to avoid a crash.

"I was maybe only like 20 metres away from them," Mr Aratama said.

"I started braking because I know they are going to do something stupid."

WA Police has seen the video and is investigating.
