Perth policeman charged with stealing

A 43-year-old policeman in Perth has been charged with stealing and stood down from operational duties.

The incident allegedly occurred last year and relates to the senior constable's secondary employment.

He will appear before the Perth Magistrates Court later on Tuesday.
