Perth man shot in the chest

Police are still searching for a 38-year-old gunman, who has been named as Michael Ivan McNeill, over the shooting of a 27-year-old man in the chest in Perth overnight.
The victim was taken to Fiona Stanley Hospital with a serious chest injury and is in a stable condition.
The shooter - who was known to the victim - is on the run and believed to still be in possession of the gun.

Police have warned members of the public to not approach McNeill, who is described as being of medium build, with brown hair and about 173cm tall.
The shooting occurred during a scuffle at a home in South Lake about 8pm (WST) on Monday.
