Perth man dead after altercation

A man has died after an altercation at a property in Perth's north, sparking a murder investigation.

The 68-year-old was taken to hospital after the incident at the Duncraig home late on Wednesday but died soon after.

A 39-year-old man is in custody and is helping homicide squad detectives with their inquiries.
