A man in his 40s has been seriously injured in a factory fire in Perth's south.
The man suffered serious burns and was rushed to Fiona Stanley Hospital where he remains in a serious but stable condition, St John Ambulance say.
Firefighters were called to the Cockburn factory fire just before 10am and were able to bring it under control soon after, but have issued a smoke alert for the local area.
