Perth driver charged with evading police

A West Australian man has been charged with drink driving and reckless driving after he crashed into a brick fence and tree while trying to evade police.
Police had tried to stop the 27-year-old from Rockingham when he was seen driving erratically on Saturday night.
He took off, but was arrested when he lost control of his car and crashed into the fence and tree in Waikiki.
