Perth apartment fire deemed suspicious

A man in his 40s is fighting for his life after an apartment fire in North Perth.
The man was taken to the Royal Perth Hospital from the Charles St unit in North Perth and a hospital spokesman said he was in a critical condition.
The arson squad is investigating the blaze which started at 10.40am on Saturday and is believed to be suspicious.
