Pedestrian killed after domestic violence

A man who was hit and killed while crossing a road had just left a nearby Perth house that police attended after a woman was injured in a domestic violence incident.

Police say they were called to reports of a disturbance at a home in Shelley Way, Munster at about 7:20pm on Tuesday night.

They found a 22-year-old injured woman and she was taken to Fiona Stanley Hospital with non life threatening injuries.

A 48-year-old man present during the incident was killed about 15 minutes later a couple of kilometres away when he was hit by a car while crossing Stock Road in Yangebup.

A 25-year-old woman who was driving the grey coloured Suzuki Swift hatch involved was not injured.

Fremantle detectives and major crash officers are investigating.
