Non-lethal shots fired in Perth arrest

Non-lethal shots have been fired as heavily armed police stormed a Perth apartment block.
The Tatical Response Group were called in to arrest a man wanted on a return to prison warrant in Highgate on Thursday afternoon. Officers fired bean bag rounds during the arrest and the man has been taken to hospital for assessment.
