AAP
A woman who was photographed driving on a Perth freeway smoking what appeared to be a meth pipe has been charged after police searched a home.
The 31-year-old was charged with careless driving while a 25-year-old man was charged with possessing drug paraphernalia.
Police said the item was not the implement photographed in the Kwinana Freeway incident on Saturday and both accused will appear in the Rockingham Magistrates Court at a later date.
