AAP
A Perth man who chased an alleged burglar from his house and held the offender until police arrived will not be charged.
The 41-year-old accused was treated in hospital for facial injuries received during a struggle with the occupant, who allegedly found someone breaking into his Parmelia home early on Monday morning.
Police said the occupant of the home was not facing charges while the accused appeared in the Rockingham Magistrates Court on Tuesday charged with aggravated burglary and stealing.
