Man targeting children at WA food outlets

A man, possibly with a recording device, is believed to have exposed himself to young children at fast food outlets across Perth.
A police spokeswoman said the man had visited outlets during the day with a cardboard box that possibly contained a recording device.
The incidents have happened over the past month in Warnbro, Ellenbrook, Spearwood, O'Conner, East Perth, Halls Head and Cannington.

The man is described as fair skinned, 175cm tall with medium build and short grey hair, wearing a distinctive wide-brimmed hat with duct-tape around it.
