Man questioned over woman's death in WA

Homicide detectives are flying to Western Australia's north to question a man over the death of a woman he knew.

Police say they were advised on Thursday afternoon that paramedics were treating the woman, who had serious injuries, at a home in the coastal Karratha suburb of Bulgarra.

She later died in hospital.
