Man in WA court on upgraded murder charge

A man has appeared in a Perth court where a charge of grievous bodily harm was upgraded to murder.
A 45-year-old man suffered serious injuries in South Perth on November 7 and later died.
Arron Leigh Rebbeck, 24, faced Perth Magistrates Court on Wednesday and had his case adjourned to Stirling Gardens Magistrates Court on November 28.
