Man in Perth court over Busselton murder

A 31-year-old man charged over a murder at a property in WA's south has appeared in court, as police try to find the owner of an axe that was found near the house.
Samuel Riley, also 31, was found dead in his West Busselton home on October 30, and police and family asked members of the public to come forward with information in the bid to uncover leads.
Benjamin John Elliott faced Perth Magistrates Court on Thursday and was remanded in custody to appear in Stirling Gardens Magistrates Court on January 30.
