Man found unconscious on Perth road

A man has been found unconscious on a road in Perth with serious head injuries.

Police found the man in his 20s in Darch on Saturday morning after reports of a disturbance involving several people.

It's unclear how the man was injured and detectives are urging anyone who may have seen the incident to come forward.

He was taken to the Royal Perth Hospital in a serious condition,
