Man faces WA court over baby's death

A 47-year-old man has faced a Perth court charged with murdering a three-month-old boy more than three years ago.
Wayne William Downing is accused of inflicting fatal injuries to his relative Noah Jayde Downing at a Midland property on May 5, 2016.
Downing appeared briefly in Midland Magistrates Court on Wednesday and was remanded in custody to face Stirling Gardens Magistrates Court on September 25.
