Man extradited over child indecent assault

A 60-year-old man has been extradited from South Australia to Perth to face allegations he indecently assaulted a girl he knew 10 years ago.

Police allege the man was visiting a West Australian country town when he indecently assaulted the nine-year-old girl in 2006.

The man has been charged with three counts of indecent dealing with a child under 13 years of age and is due to appear in the Perth Magistrates Court later on Wednesday.
