Man charged over Perth shooting
A man has been charged after allegedly firing shots towards another person and at a parked car at a home in Perth's north-east.
Police say the 39-year-old man drove to the Millhouse Road home in Aveley on Tuesday night and shot at a parked car before entering the house and shooting in the direction of a man he knew.
The victim was standing behind a glass door, which shattered over him and caused minor injuries, police said.
The accused man then drove away and it is understood Tactical Response Group officers were called in to help arrest him at a house in The Vines.
He will appear in Midland Magistrates Court later on Wednesday, charged with aggravated burglary and acts intended to cause grievous bodily harm.
