Man charged over Julie Anne Cooper death

A man has been charged over the death of Perth woman Julie Anne Cooper, whose body was found in a bushland grave in the city's southeast.
Police uncovered the body of the 55-year-old at Ashendon on Thursday and had been searching for her missing 2006 Toyota Camry sedan.
A 31-year-old man who was known to her has now been charged with murder and will appear in Perth Magistrates Court on Friday.

Ms Cooper, of Doubleview, last spoke to family on August 17 when she advised she would be out of contact for two weeks.
