Man charged over fatal WA crash

A Perth man has been charged over a crash that seriously injured his 18-year-old male passenger and killed an 85-year-old woman driving another car.
The crash happened on Grand Promenade in Bedford on July 30.
The 46-year-old is scheduled to appear in Perth Magistrates Court on September 15 charged with dangerous driving causing death and dangerous driving causing grievous bodily harm.
