Man charged over fatal crash in Perth
A 34-year-old man has been charged over a crash in Perth's east that killed his passenger.
Police said a Suzuki Swift hatchback and a Toyota Camry sedan collided at the intersection of Abernethy Road and Fulham Street in Cloverdale just after midnight on June 29.
A 32-year-old male passenger of the Suzuki died while the driver sustained serious injuries.
The 22-year-old female driver of the Toyota and her 16-year-old female passenger were also seriously injured.
The 34-year-old man has been charged with two counts of dangerous driving occasioning grievous bodily harm and one count each of dangerous driving occasioning death, no authority to drive and failing to ensure a passenger wore a seatbelt.
He is due to appear in Perth Magistrates Court on October 30.
