AAP
A 42-year-old man has been charged after West Australian police found a drug lab while attending the man's home on a separate matter.
Police say the discovery of about 3.5 grams of methylamphetamine and other drug paraphernalia at the property in Mount Pleasant, prompted a further search which unearted more chemicals and apparatus.
The man was charged with two counts each of possessing a prohibited drug and possessing drug paraphernalia, and one count of attempting to manufacture a prohibited drug.
